EBS 2x10

I'm building a little rig. I have an EBS 2x10 Proline 2000 400W@4ohms and I am looking for a small portable head.
I have approx £500 and I have in mind to get a Markbass LMII. Would this be a good match?
Could anyone who runs this setup pleases give me some feedback as to how they run together.
Also any other head recomendations would be gratefully appreciated.

I personally dont have a LMII, but i love the way it sounds, and play it everytime i'm at guitar center. With a cab that small, I'd suggest you take to your local music store and try a few portable heads with it.
