Thanks Doc. Mine's a Japanese Electra, probably Kasuga made. I will post photos later tonight or tomorrow. Would like to repair but would settle for anything that fits in the space...

The bridge pickup on my 1972 Electra Longnecker bass has gone bad. I'm a newbie, hoping to find a repair shop or suitable replacement that would fit in its space. Any suggestions would be welcomed! THANKS

Seeking information about a MIM Jazz bass I recently purchased. It looks like a Blacktop, but seller did not represent it as such. Seller says controls are Varitone Control Panel. Bridge looks unique as well...Thoughts...
