Hi! I just got my 15 and I'm loving the tone. I was curious about the DI out volume. Its seems quite low. Is that normal?

Primarily Lull basses (PJ5 w/ flats, and MV5 w/rounds) now and one Benavente bass (beater bass that doesn't get played much at all)

I have a V4BH (100w) and a PF50T--both sound great. These are the only amps I own. I don't see myself getting rid of the V4BH. I have purchased a few PF50T over the years...sold them and bought another one to go with my Vintage Blue 15" cabs. The V4BH is connected to a 410HE. I love it...

Ah! OK. Still 100w output with a single cab with each combo.

Both are 100w through the 8 ohm speaker...you have to add a 2nd cab to get the full 200w in the 15

I had a very similar issue with my V4BH and my local tube tech diagnosed it as several broken solder joints on the circuit board. The tubes were fine. Once he repaired the solder joints, the amp sounds incredible. Take it to a certified amp technician.

Thanks to this thread, I not only have a Punchline, but also grabbed some "better" knobs too. For me, it makes a huge difference.

Yeah, I have not heard a noise issue out of the XLR.

I will do this tonight. Although, I wish they were flat head screws. Once you take the feet off, the pedal still rests on the screw heads. I will have to put velcro around the screws and cut out the velcro around the screw. I want as much surface area to contact the pedalboard as possible.

I really think you should check out the JHS Punchline pedal. It scratched all my itches.

I can not even think about losing my DayZ.
