Is it disrespectful to try out instruments for too long in a guitar store?

    History of Canora Brand?

While it is nearly impossible to exactly pinpoint the manufacturer of this bass, it is clearly an early product of Matsumoku, Kawai and the Teisco guitar factories as it has recognizable parts from each of those plants. It is well known that Matsumoku kept very poor records on the export models...

Need a little help with an Epiphone EA-260 Hollow Body

Your best bet to find a EA-250 Bass would be Craigslist or eBay. They are a great sounding guitar. Keep and eye out for binding issue around the neck area, you will also have to do some doctoring with shimming of the neck and maybe even making a new wooden bridge support and losing the adjuster...

A little Custom finishing help needed, 1978 MIJ Vantage

Yeah I am kind of torn on what to do with it at this point. I sanded the body flat yesterday without going through the clear coat and it removed so many of the dings. I got the stain to match pretty well, a lot better then someone else had and some clear on it last night. This is just to test...

Not to mention it crack and flaked off the finish (Poly?) to the point of no return. It is a tinted finish, I popped a piece up to check it out...

Need a little help with an Epiphone EA-260 Hollow Body

Well the new wiring harness came in last week and it took a bit again to swap it out today, took out the bridge adjuster nuts and swapped out a few screws. I had to dig thru the old hardware to find the proper ones. But she plays like a champ now, the pick ups sound great! It takes a bit to get...

A nickel thickness of a shim, making a new platform and file the saddles to accommodate the strings (They were notched about for guitar not a bass) so this baby would have a much better action. It was about 5/8" of the fret board before I did all this. How could they let these go like that? It...
