Cheers for that. Just received an email back from Tune. They said... "Hello, your TBC-5 was made in Japan 1993. The top wood is Bubinga and back wood is Mahogany. Neck wood is Hard Maple and fingerboard is Ebony." Cheers for your help.

No, there is nothing written on the cover plate but it has GZP-2 on the circuit board if that helps
