Love the new circuit of the Octabvre ! The overload circuit has a character close to the IE Subterranea synth voices. I wouldn't use it for fast licks though.

Did anyone test the new MK3.33 Octabvre with the MKI or MKIII ? MKI is my absolute favorite, didn't like the MKIII. Thinking about trying the 3.33 version if I can get one !

Did anyone compare the neck with the American Pro II or Ultra II Jazz bass? I tried an ultra II in a music store and loved the neck, but it's so overpriced... I'd also like to know how the Empress lighter wood sounds and feels compared to a passive fender jazz. Thanks !

Thanks everyone! Yes I got a good result by setting my tone with the DI first and the amp out after with the amp out controls. The LPF is pretty easy to dial in!
