Exactly. I like those G&L tele basses that they used to make... The new Squier ones look super wonky to me though. But damn do they sound good.

I think the reverse ones are dope, just because it's different! Idk, I feel like a jag bass to me is nearly as weird and off putting as a strat bass would be... Ugh!

Sort of took the bass apart. The pickups sort of look like the old 50s fender single coils underneath. Haven't plugged it up yet to hear it tho because the bridge is totally screwed.

Eh I don't get it. Maybe that's just like saying SGs are lame because only Les Pauls should have humbuckers. Idk. Still think the jaguar body is more of a guitar thing.

My tuners look similar to the ibanez you posted. Maybe somebody put a decal on? Also, if they're not actually mudbuckers, what are they??

I'm still waiting to hear back about the serial number. Will post what I find out when I can check it!

Both very cool copies! I suppose it definitely is possible for it to be a copy! Mine looks pretty nice tho with an actual bolt on neck... Along the lines of those old Grecos or Tokais
