That Schecter Evil Twin with Fishman Fluence pickups would be sweet. You could even go for the Inez version of the pickups if you want - there”s your AIC tone.

I also vote for the GHS Pressure Wounds. They will tame the top end a little and you will also get a slightly smoother feel. I have tried Daddario half rounds and GHS Brite Flats and in my experience, they dull the tone too much and I found the tone string to string inconsistent - the ghs...

I would recommend the TC Spectradrive. Personally, I use the drive side as only a clean boost, and the compressor side works very well. With the toneprint, you have some good options for both. The headphone out is very clean. My personal favorite is the EQ section. TC took the EQ section...

The nut width is 1.625". I used to have a B4 and the nut width on the B4 and A4 are the same ( A4 just being neck through is the only difference ). It was my favorite neck on any bass I have played, but I went all 30" scale a couple years ago so I gave the B4 a new home.

If they made one of these in 30" scale I would be in trouble since I already have more basses than I need ( I know this goes against typical TB wisdom - having too many basses that is ). When I played 34", my cort B4 was my favorite neck I ever played. I like the tones from the fluence pickups...

I have three 30" scale basses that have all ended up with GHS Balanced Nickels on them. The tonal consistency as well as tension consistency are the reasons why. If I could get a flatwound set of those for one of those basses that would be great!

FWIW - Zoom B1 Four is $80 new - multi effects and you get many rhythm patterns when you don't want to practice with the aux in. Also runs quite a while on 4 AA rechargeable batteries for portability. If you want just a preamp, I can recommend the tc spectradrive - usually around 125 to 140 used
