The seller looks pretty sketchy. Almost 20,000 sales but they are mostly small/cheap items and their ratings have been plunging recently. Down to 87% positive in the past 30 days. That's a lot of dissatisfied customers. I'd stay away.

I've tried a number of choruses but I keep coming back to my EHX Small Clone. I love the swirling, cello-like tones I can get in the upper registers. It's the original chassis, not the nano. I didn't like that little fellow at all.

The deal is still up today and they're also advertising free shipping on all online orders through Wednesday, the 20th. I clicked "Calculate Shipping" to make sure and it popped up $0.00 to the lower 48. I don't need one but I'm tempted to get one on general principle at that price.

Questions first... Are there any other Markbass heads in the $500-$600 range (used) other than the Big Bang/LMIII that would have additional advantages? More power, multiple pres, other features? Also, I like the traditional amps like the Big Bang but I also like the idea of the Markbass...

I just picked up this '97 EBMM Stingray 5 at GC last week. Always wanted one. It's taking a little while to get used to the 3-band EQ and the different series/parallel tones but I love the thump. It doesn't quite have the bottom of my G&L 5500 but nothing a little pedal tweaking can't cure...
