Is it possible to talk to a human at Spector? So far I am not impressed by the customer service from them, I guess Korg now. I might be spoiled since I am used to working with Sadowsky in New York.

Those clear pick guards are awful

Received my 800D from Bass Central today to replace the M9. I am using an older Mesa 4x10 powerhouse cabinet. I set the dials to the “fat classic rock”factory sample setting, plugged in a Sadowsky NYC and within 2 seconds was blown away by the warm, clear, natural, open tone. I was concerned...

Sounds great! The carbine was a great amp but I didn’t use the eq and would like a bit warmer, more manageable sound.

Killer bass! Roger Sadowsky has it dialed in. Best of the best Congratulation's on your new instrument. I wouldn’t worry about fingerprints. Just play it and enjoy.

Looking forward to the 800D, looks like a December delivery from Bass Central. I wonder how different it will be to the M9 which I sold.

Which rack ears fit the 800D? Don’t see them listed on accessories page. I want to try to re-use my M9 case.

After 14 years the M9 is gone. Looking forward to checking out the 800D.
