The Official U.S. Peavey Cirrus Club

Any idea who might have one in the CT or New England area? I will also say that my bass sat in its case for years un-played. When I picked it up 2 years ago it was mint. As in "never seen the light of day, not a single scratch, original strings, holy crap I can't believe how mint this mint...

The Official U.S. Peavey Cirrus Club

I've got a 4 string Cirrus from 96. Maple body. Have any of you guys had issues with fret buzz above the 10th fret on the A string? I don't know if its the weather, setup or the new Cirrus strings. I don't recall it having buzz until recently. I changed the strings about 4 months ago. I've...

    FS: MIJ Fender Jazz bass

Took some new photos that aren't quite as awful as the old ones. Also I went over the setup since the neck has been on for 6 months now. Got the action a touch lower as the nut needed some filing on the top 3 strings.

    FS: MIJ Fender Jazz bass

Hi Up for sale is my made in Japan Fender Jazz bass. The action is low and it plays nice. I came upon my dream bass and I have no room for more than one bass in my life. There is one small nick I have pictured. Obviously the bass doesnt have the original neck. I bought the body on its...

    U.S. Peavey Club

I am once again a U.S. Peavey owner. Not a scratch on her. The tuning knobs show some fading to silver but this bass could pass for brand new were it not for that. Pictures dont do it justice. I wont be making the mistake of selling this one.

    Is my landlord being unreasonable?

Not that I like breaking an agreement but they are totally taking advantage of you. Your doing them a real big favor by agreeing to pay all that. If it's in your contract that you need to pay a $1200 penalty that's fine but additional rent is just gravy for them. This is one way for a less than...

I was going to change the pots because they weren't the right value for a passive setup. At least I don't think they are. As far as the bassmen ten.... Nope. Getting it for free. I've heard its a good guitar amp. What's on your mind?

I dont think I'll go with a back to stock build then. Its basswood going by the nail test. It seems as though the non-us version used some lesser quality components even though the craftsmanship was superior. Probably a block inlay neck and US Fender jazz 62' RI pups. A rewire will be in order...

Darn! Who wants to go over that bridge anyway? :spit: Thats not the color. It definetly looks more like the gunmetal color mentioned earlier. Just a hint of green in the finish.

Providing the information is accurate on the one I posted about earlier it looks like mine is going to be from the mid 90's. The "UGB" stamp matches. [This invalid link has been removed]
