Not really into a stickers on my basses but that looks awesome. Great job and glad the bass is working well for you. I really liked the Yamaha basses I've owned the Trbx304 and 305 and a few others. The necks are so solid, can't even remember having to adjust the truss rod. Congrats!

Really depends on your music preferences, I love the sound of a good ol' P bass tbh, but love the jazz neck so I tend to gravitate towards the PJ basses with a slimmer neck. The jazz pickup on the PJ bass helps add a little more tonal definition and variety to the P sound.

I have a Hohner B Bass with a dtuner Steinberger type bridge. Unfortunately the fine tuning knob on the E string is loose as it can be pulled out or may fall out on its own so you can't really use it as intended. I don't know if the screw hole is stripped or possibly missing a part that holds...

So you use two G strings with the bass , the second G string tuned up to C? So buy a regular four string pack and pick up an extra G string for string replacements? Just curious. Interesting bass, Id have to try it to see how I do with it.

Thanks to this post I realized it was time to change the look of my US MM SUB. I have the original metal grate pickguard somewhere but not putting it back on.

The passive version has a pickup specifically wound for it. Sweet sounding bass, a Musicman for sure but add in a little P Bass mellowness. It's my go to bass right now.
