Well, as they say "there is no bad tone; there is only wrong tone for given situation". And with this kind of versatility there's no wrong situation for this pedal ;)

I think there is too much compression with extreme settings - at least for bass - but those lower gain sounds are just fantastic :bassist:

I would say 300 is a pretty good deal for a MIG corvette even though it's beat up. Of course assuming you can get it in playable condition. Since there is three knobs I think it is passive and therefore doesn't have a preamp (at least it's cheaper to change electronics). It could be active if...
