Hi to all! I bought an Ashdown RM500 evo III Head and looking inside i see that all the OPAMP are socketed. It reports TL072 in most of them. I see also that there are cheap ceramic caps. Could be a worth thing upgrading the opamps with some better sprec (like opa2134) or its only a waste of...

Never tried the Alpha Omega but I have had an Svt4pro and a b3k and it sounded amazing. This is the reason that I was interested in DG head at first but I saw some vids of the RM500 and to my ears it sound more “analog” (don’t know if I explain myself right) than the DG. The onboard overdrive...

Hi to all! Finally got the ZB bridge position! I installed pickups last night. Do you have any reference for strings to poles for thoose pu’s? Some times ago i wrote to Nordstrand and they sent me some reference measurement but unfortunely can’t find zb in the list. Thanks

Super simple, there is a Little pcb with two holes for bridge pu (hot and gnd) and two holes for neck pu. Desolder stock pu hot and gnd and resolder new pu… the neck pickup cable pass under battery box so before remove neck pu you need to remove battery box ;)

Hi! Got a simple question. This afternoon i installed a new pickups in my ehb (still waiting for the unavailable one). I rotate the tuner screw but at a certain point the saddle stopped moving back and the screw came out. I tried to free the strings but nothing. Is it necessary to unlock them...
