Hi Joe. Most likely this is the SB-1200. It is probably from the late 90's and Korean, but this is just out of my erratic mind... I'm pretty sure the Bartolini's are aftermarket. Did you buy the bass? It is not the most common model but I think it looks really nice.

I just got hold of an MB-III (I think) and put it into the bridge position. It is a p-bass style non-epoxi pickup. So the new pickup is on hold for a while. I say for a while because this pickup has visible pole-pieces and that is not original on my bass. Anyhow, the bass is now sounding fine...
