Your tone switch looks really complicated, what are you achieving with it that you wouldn't get from switching between the 3.9n cap and a 10n cap?

I use 500 (two 1nFs) as per my Tall Font with no complaints, I also found 560 can get a bit boomy at times, but in answer to the question yes anything 500 or over is good imo.

The pre control is an LPB1 and the focus control blends between two input caps. Cool mods alright but you'll get more bass through the circuit with larger feedback caps.

I'd recommend a Tall Font Russian clone (make sure you use 500pF or two 1nF in parallel for the feedback caps) with an added mids knob. I find there is low roll with the GGG but apart from that it's a great pedal.. Also have a look at the madbean mudbunny boards which make it really easy to add...

Your ears will tell you if you have a problem but as already said the Opto stomp has buffers in it so if that's always on you are running a buffer in your signal chain..
