    SPECTOR® Owners Club

Tell me about Early 2000's Korean made Legends. There is a gorgeous Legend 4 Standard for sale locally on Marketplace for $860 CAD. It has a TonePump from a Euro and Gotoh tuners. Worth it?

    Short-scale basses

If you know where to look, short scale, 24 fret 6 strings do exist. Here's mine.

Has your taste in basses grown simpler or more complex?

I'm still at the stage where I'm trying to find what works and doesn't for me in a bass. I've got two short scales, a SBMM StingRay, A Squier P Bass, a 35" Dean, and recently picked up a Spector 5 string cheap. I'd like to play something with a fancy pre-amp, fanned frets, etc., but I'm not...

    All things Canadian for Basses?

I saw them recently here in Ottawa. So much fun.

No love for The Arrogant Worms?

Pimping out a Sterling Intro Series!

I'm interested in final pics and sound clips. I bought one because I found it comfortable and it was cheap enough that I'm hoping to learn to mod/work on my own instruments.

    Was your 1st bass a P.O.S?

A P.O.S.? No, I just don't get along with it. It is a Squier Precision Special PJ. I find it heavy and uncomfortable to play. I keep it because it was a gift from my father. I may revisit it at some point, but I've just added my 7th bass to my collection, still trying to find THE one.

    SPECTOR® Owners Club

Picked this Performer 5 up yesterday on an impulse buy, and wow, that growl. Now I'm curious what the higher end models are like.

    Should I? Fighting gas.

    That Candy Green is pretty.

The Official Short Scale Bass Club -- Part 4

I believe they are flats that are the proper length for a Mustang bass. They're a little longer IIRC.

    The Official Purple Stingray Club

I might have missed it in the thread, but does anyone have one of these beauties? I have lust.

What bass did you not bond with

That's how I feel about my Squier Precision Special. Just meh. I keep it for sentimental reasons, but I'm not a fan.
