I loved my minimax had no issues used it almost daily for seminloud practicing at home and with the band. The only reason I got rid of mine is found a Mesa boogie prodigy for the right price and the minimax couldn’t touch it tone or power wise.

My 80’s bc rich eagle , my favourite shape is the warlock though but your rarely see eagles basses around these days.

Well it has Kosmos which was on the minimega instead of the transtube on the older minimax is what stands out to me the most, I haven’t tried it yet as I sold my minimax could just be changing the name/rebranding to make a older product seem fresh. Now that I read the description everything...

Maybe the speaker cable try with a different one is the easiest first step I would guess.

I have a older bc rich eagle and just trying to date it has passive pickups I believe they might be old dimarzio pickups bc rich used to use back in the late 80's although I could be wrong wondering if anybody had a better idea.

I picked up a bc rich eagle for a decent deal it has some old strings on it, I was liking how they sounded and feel if they weren't so dead. wondering if you guys have an idea of what they are or could be.

Yeah I'm not sure what it is but for the price is worth the gamble was wondering if late 80's would be correct. I have a 2000's 5 NJ warlock and 4 string beast with active pickups and they are awesome hoping this eagle sounds as nice as it looks

Hey talkbass was wondering if anybody knew about dating bc rich guitars I got a bc rich eagle with a 4 digit neckplate and a head stock I'm not use to seeing. Not a make or break only spent 140 Canadian on it and yes it definitely needs new strings.
