    Phil Jones Bass... really that good?

    I own a PB 800 and 1 CAB 67 rated at 8ohms. at 8ohms the head is producing 400W rather than 800W at 4ohms. My guess is that Phil Jones designed the amp to play through 2 CAB 67’s which would give you 12 7 inch drivers in parallel to produce 800W at 4ohms that would be massive. 6 7inch speakers...

    Being the owner of a PJB BP800 head and a CAB 67 I’d like to offer some feedback. 1st, the cab 67 is 8ohm so the head puts out 400w and 800w into 4ohms. So this review is at 400w.     Finally tried Ernie Ball Cobalt Flats

    If you’re looking to try flats I would suggest D’Addario chromes 50-105 item number ECB82. Smoothest string I’ve found. Rivals nylon and have a nice warm mellow sound. I’ve tried most every string and in MHO are the nicest
