I finally found it. It's a Washburn MB5. It may be out of print.

I did go to Washburn's website. I wasn't able to find that bass but I do notice the bridges are the same and the fret markers are the same on the top side of the neck. Maybe it's an older model.

Thanks, I'll check that out. It does look like a great solo instrument. Any more ideas, let me know.
