I cant fit may damn cab in my new car. its a pretty standard sized peavey 410. what I want to know is, is there a shallow 410 cab out there I can buy just for practice? its the depth of most cabs that kill me. I can sacrifice "boom" as I only need to use it for rehearsal. We have a van for gigs...

So my SWR 4004 speaker fuse assembly took a dump yesterday. I tried to install another fuse assembly to no avail. I pulled out my Vox ac50cph and hooked it to my cab. As I suspected it did not produce very good bottom end. I then hooked up an old Behringer DI modeler and cranked the bass on it...

Sorry bout your pain. I just wretched the left side of my mid back 15 minutes ago. I retrieving my peavey 410 out of the back of my a4 (small back seat) and did a little twist. I may go back to a 115.....

Of course you should check out as many basses as possible. That being said. Get a G&L L2000 tribute! then put the extra money you saved into a good compression pedal. Youll be in heaven!
