    Aguilar - Official 'Tone Hammer 500' 3.8lbs 500w Megathread!

You got it right; "I put my amp on a scale and thought I'd share...". There are a couple of things I don't care for with this amp, but very happy with how light it is. It's really feathery light, they even used a fully aluminum case to minimize the weight.

    Aguilar - Official 'Tone Hammer 500' 3.8lbs 500w Megathread!

    Aerodyne bass weight?

I just weighed mine, it's a 2017 Aerodyne and is 8# 13.4oz. For comparison, my 1973 Precision is 8# 3.8oz. The Aerodyne feels kind of heavy since I'm used to my P bass. It's definitely not a light-weight bass.

My 1974 Fender Precision is 8 pounds and 4 ounces. It has the Leo Quan Badass II bridge which adds a little weight.

    Precision pick guard sourcing?

Does anyone know how interchangeable the pickguards are for Precision basses? I have a 1974 Precision that has a black Schecter pickguard from that era. I really love the brown tortiois Fender pickguard Model #0992175000, but it is listed as being a 13-Hole Modern-Style Precision Bass...
