Yeah, you can easily do this from the console. Whatever your Mix Bus is, they can put an EQ on it with the push of a button.

I just got a set of FIR Audio IEMS (*well* above your price point), but they do make less expensive models. They are by far the best fit, best sounding IEMs I've ever owned. (I've had UEs, as well as 1964s)

Unless I'm misunderstanding your needs, the X32 can easily EQ your monitor signal, independent of house. Just add EQ to your mix bus, and you're all good.
