I currently have a set of innovation silver slaps, I rather like these, but I like more of loose tension of more whacker type strings. I've heard good things about sbw deluxes. Has anyone else tried this combo before?

Anyone ever try these out? What's their sound like? Feel? Gauge? Keep on slapping y'all

Yes I am the owner of a ccb from fmi, I love my bass, and it does the trick. I have a set of weedwackers that came with it, transitioned to innovation silver slaps. The silver slaps are a much smaller gauge than the wackers, but truthfully thanks to some advice on this site, sound exponentially...

I took some very good advice about strings which I'm very happy about. The problem that I'm having is that my silver slaps are a much smaller gauge than my previous weed wackers which is what my bass is setup for.
