What exactly are the arguments against matching different size cabs? Ive read through different threads and seen people for and against it for reasons not really explained, just opinions without any real basis Edit - Im a noob, disregard this or someone inform me on how I delete my posts.

300 watts, small warehouses, houses, and larger bars. it handles each one of those just fine, playing a variety of music. I love my avatar 212, Im just trying to find the right cab to match with it.

Im not savvy on the math stuff, I don't know much about the science behind cabinetry. Would this require me replacing the baffle with bigger ports for better sound? and if so, what size baffle and ports? six 1/2" deep ports for the 3015s would be the best go?

You can pick up a GK, hartke, behringer or peavey head used for around 100 bucks daily on craigslist. I actually came across a behringer ultra bass 450 watt head and the matching 410 cab for like 150 bucks together, it isnt the best quality (i didnt purchase it) but then you have yourself...

My initial plan was to purchase some Eminence Delta 15lf's from Avatar speakers cause they have them for cheap and just wire it in series to make an 8ohm cab. Thoughts on this? Worth paying the extra money for the kappas? Side note im going to be matching this cab with my Avatar b212
