    I agree that you need to keep plugging away. You’ll only get better. There is so much software out there to help you practice with different tunings. advice...lock in with the drummer not guitarist. Drive that rhythm and play with confidence.

    What are you actually practising after x years?

    I practice feel, tones, grooves, patterns and how to click with the drummer I’ve seen many bass players play modes and scales very fast with no groove or feel. Not impressed.
