At the soundcheck last night after i plugged my bass in the soundman complained that he gets a 'buzz' from my instrument. Listening only to the amp it wasn't so upsetting but turning on the FOH it was unbearable. Tried the ground lift, direct into the amp, switched cables and changed amps but...

Had a gig yesterday and shared my amp, Peavey Tour 450, with the other bassist. We played first and everything was ok, after we finished i turned my amp off. They get on stage and start playing, nothing special about that. Only well into their set i look at my amp and see it's turned off.. but...

if both cabs are 8 ohms you can play them both at the same time. If not..you will damage your amp. And yes, you can play trough your 210 alone but keep and ear open for signs of the speaker farting/distorting because it's telling you to turn down.

would you like to make a comparison between the nEarful and your BFM cab(s) ?

if you like both sound wise..is there another factor to help you decide ?..like size, weight, aesthetics, price.. you get the idea. It's good that you found something you like..some search the world over for gear.

try to speak with the soon to be bride..maybe she can see the wreck this is going to be and trust me..no woman wants her wedding night ruined

Some players do not want the hi-fi sound that a PA speaker will provide and they like the coloring their bass cabinets give. Others just never consider it because you dont find them in the 'bass' section of the store.

any estimate to what power is needed just to move the speaker ?..like the undepowering limit ? 0.5w ?;)

if you get the signal directly from the board you are getting what the speakers are getting..not what comes out of them and interacts with the room/environment so it isn't a good indication on how you were heard by the audience
