Here is one of my Epi Birds in the middle of an overhaul. That poly is some tough s#$%. Unsure of the final color/finish, but I am leaning towards airbrushing truefire flames over gloss black, or ghost skulls under a candy tangerine finish. Number Please.

I just bought the Acoustic B200 combo and this thing rocks! It sounds good and is plenty loud for small venues or you can add a second cab to this also. You really can't beat it for the price.

Here are a couple of Pets and Basses. I was trying to take a pic of the Great Dane and the bass just happened to be there, so I got it in the shot too.

I have only been playing about a year(about 6 months regularly). Never gigged, never tried out for a band, jammed with others a few times(at least they didnt laugh, although I wouldn't have known as i have to stare at my left hand fingers when I play) I am starting to learn the fretboard a bit...

I used to breed and sell reptiles. The proper spelling was always taken as a username so I changed it up a bit.

I currently own a mobile marine repair business, I sold off my Reptile breeding and sales business to move to paradise:bawl:.

In the original post I stated it was a chinese made J bass knock off. I still have not figured out a brand yet(it has a B in script writing on the headstock).

I think I am going to get my current bass some new strings and have it setup by a pro. I will save a bit more and pick up an Amp That I can later jam or gig with. My Bass is not unplayable, it is only 6 months old and is working out as far as technique and learning goes. I am currently taking...

My gear(if you can even call it that) is crap. China made J bass of unknown brand and an Ibanez IBZ10B amp. I have only been playing about 6 months. Which should come first new bass or new amp? I have only about 400 bucks to spend right now. Thoughts anyone?

I have been attempting to play bass for a while now and am just now able to devote some time to it and try to advance myself. I have been reading a lot of posts and learning a ton from these forums.
