Great effect I have used (especially in smaller venues) is to run one side of the stereo out to the amp input (I do use a -20db pad) and the other to the house. When I need a little extra body to compete with the keys or chorus'ed guitar, I go to a stereo chorus patch. The sound is amazing.

Got some cash recently and am finally looking to get a show rig. Was considering two MB 212 combo's to increase versatility and tried a 210 out at GC. Couldn't quite get the GK growl I was looking for. Though I would try out the 700RB II and the Neo 410. WOW.... I don't think I can walk away...
