I solved the problem by turning a furniture wooden foot conical, then glued sandpaper strips and used it as a reamer. It tooks some more time, but the result its OK
It's a fine build, I follow it with interest.
As far as I know, it is preferable to use a scraper because sandpaper can leave silica residue in the wood. I prefer it because it works cleanly (no dust) with a good surface finish
could you tell me something more about the mineral ground and sealer you used? I'm very interested in this process.

I have just a question: is the truss rod still necessary with a CF neck? The neck with the truss cavity seems to be very stiff, and I'm wondering if the truss action can bend the neck...
