Hey thanks, Sea Monkey. So it IS entry through the front to pull the speaker. The link you provided did show that Acoustic has Velcro behind the grill holding it on for B100's little brother.

The speaker replacement is not a jerk-knee reaction. Troubleshooting will occur. After confirming bass, cable, and controls, I have to pull the amp out just to substitute an another speaker.

Thanks for the suggestion. The grill doesn't look like it's a snap on at all. I'm hoping to get the straight scoop from someone that has actually replaced the speaker in a B100, or has opened the cabinet.
