I have a woodline handmade series that I sold a sadowsky mv5 to get.no regrets. Much more comfortable neck,which is very important to me. That mv5 neck moved to much for me.I was ajusting it way too much.

Dude,I used to own both and I got rid of the mv5..by the way you can get a bacchus woodline handmade series 5 (active/passive),for half the price of the mv5 and in my opinion it will run a sadowsky mv5 out of town,in All aspects.

I paid 1400.00 for my bacchus dx5 handmade series.it came with a decent gig bag too. The neck is perfect for my hand. If guys give these basses a chance ,they will not regret it.

The guy Ned up at vsn guitars in canada hooked me up. You owe it to yourself to check these instruments . If id had the sad mv5 and the bacchus in my hands at the same time ,id take the bacchus 5 and then buy another one with the extra money. Seriously, Its got everything the sadowsky has...

This is made in japan. I got rid of a sadowsky mv5, and got the bacchus, and was glad i did. I could not get used to the huge neck on it. I also got the Str Sierra sc5. Again this bass is awesome to. Nothing against sadowsky but i paid wayyy to much for what i got.but ,you know what i say " to...

Recently bought a bacchus dx5 handmade. These basses are no joke! Im done with overpriced american instruments . Bacchus can stand with Any of them.

I also own a couple of sweet tobias basses,classic 6 and basic 5. I also agree with a previous post.if bacchus was readily available in the states ,sadowsky and fender would have problems. I recently bought an STR bass too. Another great underated bass maker from japan.

Had fender , and sadowsky metro basses.played just about everything out there. Got a bacchus handmade dx5 from vsn guitars in canada. Dont sleep on these instruments. I dont know about the lower end bacchus basses,but the bacchus handmade series will run fender and sadowsky out of town. Just...

stop defending dr. bass. he has the absolute worse customer service i've ever dealt with. i got 2 cabs after a wall of bulls**t. but i will never deal with this company again. its not worth it. do yourselves a favor and shop elswhere.

i replaced a wire tailgut with the nylon from upton. huge difference . the strings have a bit less tension. i use wiechs and the bass is louder and boomier. i had to raise the action a bit but man, im impressed. made my bass friendlier by far. its been a day or so and hasnt settled in yet but...
