+1 for the 58 P AVRI. Just got this bass and played it at church last week and got comments about the clarity and sonic space it fills in the mix. Amazing - no muddy notes (I love my Carvin 5 string but had so much trouble dialing in the live sound). I've also removed any pedal effects except...

Diggin the new U2 album...and I didn't have to pay for it! Haters keep hating-- Dave Grohl and co. have always had a sense of melody that I appreciate in a rock band. Put my vote in for seeing their new album drop into my itunes library...

just got around to seeing Michael Kiwanuka on Austin City Limits from last week. He's a great new artist with an old soul and plays a mean bass on most of the tunes on his album--good stuff. Lyrically it sounds like he's a believer...always completes the package for me...Link Removed
