I would really like to see -and buy- Squier Precision (or Jazz) Paisley reissue. The old Paisley Red or a new color, but in the classic Kashmire style. If ever Fender will read those lines, please not the P 51!

Sure. The mod was completed with a volume pot replacement and with a tone pot addendum. Both DiMarzio 250k. Now the sound is (for me) absolutely warm and gooooood!

Changed the pickguard for an anodized gold one and replaced the pu with a Seymour Duncan SPB-1. Damn, how much I like the look, the sound and the feeling of this bass now! Thanks Squier.

Then, to sum up suggestions, how do you (owners) suggest to adjust the EQ in order to obtain a nice classic P tone with standard pick up?
