Get the gk mb500 w a gk neo 212, save up for the gk neo 412. Down the line youll have both as an option, depending on the gigs needs. (Some would say get the 212 in 4 ohm to get all the power out of the amp, but that could hurt you if down the line you just wanted another 212 to add on...

I'd start by ditching the pad, turn that off. also turn your guitar volume down. I keep my guitar volume at around 50% or so and this leaves me a little extra something something when i may need it. volume knob is the real problem here. turn it up to10:00. turn the boost up so more too, try...

I didn't care much for my mb212 version 1. It just didn't have what it takes for 100 gigs a year. And yes it broke down on me and was never the same so I sold it and the guy that has it loves it. Just wasn't for me but I still use GK gear and it's fantastic! Also their customer service is...

Here's a pic of my board, gotta say that the wampler pedal goes great after the 800 sim pedal. 800 sim is always, well almost always on, wampler sometimes. Great pedal though to compliment!

Can never sell the 1001rbii, just the best sounding amp with head room galore. And that's the reason for the 800 sim pedal. Don't have to crank it any longer to get that sound!
