Sources for quality finish in lurid colours?

Thanks for the link! This might be an awfully stupid question, but - if you get it in a quart, can you just apply it with a paintbrush? I'd really love to avoid spraying as much as possible; I've done quite a lot of with-a-brush painting and can get a really smooth, drip-free surface that...

SIMPLE bass lines that make the song...

I'll list the first few songs I learned - none of them are tricky beyond what a good teacher can get a beginning student playing fairly soon, and I think they're all fun: Andy Metcalfe's really lovely line from the Robyn Hitchcock & The Egyptians song Airscape. It's a nice one for students...

Just played my bass for the first time in 4 months...

Thank you all for the welcome! @VerryBerry~ I've played for a couple of years. Not long enough to be very good, but definitely long enough to really miss it when it's gone. And yeah, the physiotherapist told me that playing would really help regain strength and mobility :) @ CDRhom~...

Just played my bass for the first time in 4 months...

...and I am celebrating! I didn't even realise quite how much I'd missed it until those first wonderful low notes came singing out of my amp, making the windows rattle and my family shout. I definitely have a better understanding now of where the gospel crowd gets their 'Hallelujah!' from...
