Chef, you seem to be a big Saodwsky fan and I see that you have owned both a Metro as well as an NYC Sadowsky. Not to start a controversial topic, but would you say that the Metro's match up to the NYC models? The reason I ask this is because I have't played an NYC model yet.

I see that the TH 500 has a voltage switch at the back. Now, that's a good thing. I travel a lot and these things come in handy!! I plan on getting one soon! Quick question, do the cabinets that Aguilar sell have these voltage switches too?
