I have 2 bases, pbass and jbass. Swapped out both original pups with quarter pounders. The pbass set are so hot and loud... the jbass estate great but not even in the same ball park for volume and hotness... Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Chris

All true and valid points. Love the set.. Not too many can say they have that... coupled with my Moog Low Pass Filter and Cliff Burton wah-fuzz.. Ive got most bass sounds covered.. 3 basses are allowed by Canadian Musical Governance Standards... I have a bunch of old pedals, gear and all...

700 Canadian Pesos... lol. I was offered 1000 for my J bass. But it's worth more with the Dimarzios. The matching set is killer... both in Fiesta red.

Opinions requested I have matching set of fender fiesta red road worn basses. 50s P and 60s J. P bass has upgraded quarter pounders and J has Dimarzio Area Js. Love then both. I can get an 83 Ibanez Roadstar II... 700. I'd have to sell one... but I've always wanted one of these Ibanez...

Dude, hands down the Traynor YBA300 is killer... I picked rented the head for a Jam night... OVERKILL... I bought it the next day. It is the sickest amp ever made. I played the SVT and this blew it out of the water. The tones you can get out of this are killer. when you play at higher...

I just bought a Boss Bass Synth and just found this string. I havn't actually used it yet. I also just bout a new BTB5 so it will all come together at once.:ninja:

No rattle, just worked out fine. The bass is killer. It has such a sweet sound. I played it for a longtime and had trouble adjusting back to frets when I started playing gigs.

I broke that one two weeks ago at a drunken jam night.. I had to replace it with an already used string I had in the bottom of my gearbox... It works for now.

Hey there, I have one I built for just under $300 - with about $1000 worth of old parts. Have a look at this beast. Built this back in the early 90s. Plays like a champ with the customer neck and EMGs. PS I'm replacing the pick guard... it is terrible. :eyebrow:
