Hey! I tried it on my old cake of pops and oh boy it was messy! I was scared AF because the whole cake was sticky! So I put it on a shelf and overnight it became as soft as the new cake I just bought! (it's still a little bit sticky but I'm gonna give it more time to dry or whatever) It worked!

That's a good idea, but I play quite a lot of solo repertoire too and tuning up Orchestral strings is not really a good idea (Yes I'm lazy to change strings folks and I usually lack the time to do so)

I'm stuck with my Spiro purples. Gotta be honest I love them but I'm moving away from jazz sadly and orchestral stuff is more appealing nowadays so instead of spending 600€ on a new bow I should get new strings. Do solo belcantos tuned down have the same tension as my spiros? Sam, you are not...

My ultimate light amp is a GK MB150 MK3 E model. Absolute beast of an amp! I wanna get the Aguiler Tone Hammer with 2 SL112s so I have a bigger setup but with the same weight as my GK:)

I started on a bass tuned cello (played as a double bass) at the age of 3 or 4 (that was 14 years ago) started electric in 2011 at the age of 10, guitar age 12, piano age 15, drums came naturally. I played with the best swing drummer of Hungary (where I live) for 5 years so I saw what to do :D

I have the K&M. Didn't have any problems with it. Not sure how the arms can go undone. I can put my whole wait on it and it's there. I'm gonna take it with me to a 14-day long masterclass/Summer Institute too. Packs up so well!

Obligatos maybe, maybe maybe...I have a set of weedwackers, and they can be fitted on pretty much every size of bass. It's just a piece of plastic at the end of the day :) Not sure how vintage it sounds but at least not spiros :)
