Wow thanks guys I'm brand new to this site and i really enjoy that everyone one mostly posi Ill keep udated and my six string accoplishments. Just put a six string peavey bxp on layaway the other day. My main bass is a esp b-206. Awesome bass for the money.

I have been playing bass for six years and have stuck almost entirely to six strings. I have played many four strings including $1500 music man basses top of the line fender jazz basses fretless basses etc and i just can't write the same or feel as comfortable on a four string. Am i being narrow...

@chef four string I know what you mean. After slicing a pound and a half green onions i cut my right index finger. Had a show that night with my thrash metal band. I play a six string with my fingers haha.
