Thanks for the speculations Tb'ers... But my 1048 is just that 4 10,s and no Horn :( 1 input and another 1/4 jack for some dixie chain action (so heart broke over this lack of a tweeter thing) How difficult would it be to add a tweeter?

I am going to have to agree with Ox on this Rah250Smx. I picked mine up with a trace elliot 1048TP skb rack Korg tuner and rackrider power conditioner for 360US! I used the preamp section for about a week with my Eden wt800 as a pwr head... LOVED the tone but, It just didn't have the balls that...

I resolved the issue last night... Eden had originally installed their fans blowing hot air out of the head unit... Instead of cool air in and more hot air out of the vents in the shell.(Fan Flip!) Furthermore I was able to hook the TE and the Eden up without too many problems.But my 4x10 and 18...

I recently bought an SWR Goliath I for 250$..... I got a smokin deal on it... You didnt drastically over pay you can prolly get rid of that thing for 150-225 easy enough hope it helps Skbass

I just bought a Trace elliot GP12 SMX pre amp.... Unfortunatly it makes my Eden WT800 run extremely HOT; and it wont work at all with my SWR working mans 4004(400watts) So... where should i go from here? Has any one had this issue with other preamps? or is this pre amp wiggy? Or am i simply...
