It sure did meatalhead. I meant the key sig clef I guess. It does show which line on the staff should be sharped or flatted.

I understand the number of sharps and flats are determined buy the key sig and they show you the number in the box. My question is how do you know which notes to sharp and flat in the measure. Thank You.

I dig the heck out of Trijilo, but just so ya know, Newsted left Metallica they didn't fire him or anything. He could have stayed forever. He needed a year off because of his shoulder and neck injuries. As a mater of fact they all needed some time off and should have listened to Jason.
