I'm using an MXR DC Brick.

I have isolated it to this pedal. I even took it to a guitar shop to run it though a different amp to make sure that wasn't the issue.

I'm getting noise, similar to a test pattern, from my MXR Bass Synth. Sound engineers are complaining, but I rely heavily on this pedal for one of my bands. What could be causing this? Is there a fix?
