Your recording sounds good. I got a vibe of Europe's "The Final Countdown" when the guitar came in (and I don't mean that in any negative way). I hope you post more of music for us to listen to.

I've played this one in different bands before and it's pretty common for guitar players to start it off too fast. Other than that my only critique would be the mix. This song is all about the BASS! Turn it up!

I have some questions for you PC users. How do you go about muting your monitors (if you are recording in the same room as the performer) to try a take, and have a listen while at the same time having the performer listening through headphones and the "engineer" listening through headphones...

Agree with the above comment. It's always tricky giving feedback without knowing people. You guys did an excellent job. Did you record this yourselves or in a studio? I also got an Alice In Chains vibe from it if that helps or means anything. It's definitely a strong sounding recording and...
