I use an ankle or wrist exercise weight around the strap to keep a T Bass up. Just a 1 pound weight does it. This cost something like $10 or $20 for two weights at a fitness type store and they have a Velcro strap. Very Easy to just put it around the strap.

I like the M9 better than anything I've ever played through. Very clean, quick and way more than enough power. The M3 is great too, but different.

But since you are ok with using a 410 then that might be a great combination

I have a Buster head and a few other Mesa amps. The Buster is barely loud enough for me with a Powerhouse 212 for small bar gigs without bass in the PA. This is with a clean tone, maybe it would be loud enough with the input gain up higher. The 400+, M9, Mpulse 600, etc are way more than...

My dealer says they are still hoping for August, but haven't heard anything new for a while.

I've had great experiences getting parts from Mesa even for discontinued amps. You can buy many parts through their web site without even talking to anyone, but can get even more if you call.

But yeah, every photo I have seem shows Euro voltage (Sweetwater, etc)

I imagine the photos are of the ones they had in Europe for Musikmesse (spelling?), thus the European voltage marking

I lacked the skills, or resolve, to get the duo strap to work. I just couldn't get comfortable with it in the hour or so before I lost interest. Did it take people who like this a while to get it dialed in?
