Comfort Strapp

It does not bunch the shirt. However, after trying 4 different neo straps over the last few months, my vote goes to the Gruv Gear Dual Bass strap. Check it out. It is by far and away the best accessory I have ever owned. My shoulder pain has already dropped significantly the past few weeks. This is after using the "comfort" Strapp the last 6 years...

Do you mean the DuoStrap for $149?

They are ok IMO. I have one, I use it, but would not get another. They stretch too much. For me it makes the bass bounce around too much if I am moving around much. I like the Neotech Super Bass Guitar Strap, they are cheap and work great. I have 3 neotech straps and cant complain at all.

Great strap for the money. Got 'em on all six of my heavy Dean basses to take some stress off my shoulder. At one point, I actually managed to tear one (which isn't easy to do, so I figured it must've been a factory issue). I contacted the company about what had happened, sent the strap back, and they sent me TWO brand new ones for the trouble. I thought it was pretty cool that the company really seems to stand by their product.

My only gripe is that the thin strap material towards the bottom is very think and flimsy, so wireless packs (like my Line 6 G90 transmitter) tend to slide around the strap and/or fall off. Other than that, I think they're a pretty good buy.

Oh good. I thought this was going to be a Creed appreciation thread.

:D As a notorious proof-reader from way back, I can't believe I missed that initially! Thanks for the laugh.

Back on topic: I used Comfort StRapps exclusively for about 15 years or so. I love them. The ONLY reason I've switched to the Mono Betty and the Get'm Get'm Gear straps is because of the length. I'm a pretty big guy, and from a length factor, I'm right in the middle of the Long versus the Extra Long Comfort Strapps. The Long is just a bit too short for me. The Extra Long is long enough; but I don't like where the "sweet spot" of the padding of the XL sits on my shoulder (if that makes any sense). Other than that, if the length is good for you, I'd highly recommend them.

And I disagree about them having "too much give". The way the cordura stitching is spaced, the padded part of the strap definitely gives some, but not too much (IMO). One of the guitarists in our band plays a Les Paul. He loved my Comfort Strapps so much that he now uses it on his LP. So I'd definitely say give it a try.
