In my personal opinion the 5 string is the workhorse of the industry. Whether your playing Country, R&B, or whatever the 5 is versatile and good for all occasions as long as it's kept in good taste.

I think I've decided on the dreamscape as my chorus, and the pigtronix fat bass as my distortion and going with an envelope filter instead of a wah. Thank you for all your input. It's been very useful.

And probably a stupid question but would it be an option to run both a pedal and the GT-10b as long as I had a line switch?

The dream scape is a guitar pedal, will that not be an issue with the lower frequencies?
