i've been thinking about buying a new five string to replace my peavey grind. don't get me wrong, the peavey is nice but i love active pickups and lots of control. i was considering the Ibanez 605. anyone have better ideas?? i'm trying to stay in the <$800 area. thanks

I play for my church choir at times and for all our youth services and was trying to find some awesome licks/runs to use to move from note to note and make the slow, 4 note songs more fun to play. i can play arpeggios but need some more interesting stuff. anything is helpful. thanks!!
