    He said the nut was ok. He said the bridge is too narrow and it also doesn’t quite sit flush with the top of the bass. I plan to have him make a bridge soon.

    Thank you for the recommendation. I took the bass to Randy and not only did he bring my bass to life, but I also learned a ton about these instruments. Can’t say enough good things about Randy. Already planning a return trip to get a bridge upgrade at some point.

    Totally agree. I had never tried them until I bought a used J with TIs. They feel great once you get used to them and I love the sound. To me, they have more articulation. I love Labella’s but TIs are my favorite for that reason.

    What do you guys use to power the Neptunium? Sounds like it needs 500 mA and the MXR is capable of 150 mA per output.
