It’s great to know about the mild cab sim on the XLR outputs of the Subway amps, but I can’t seem to see it in the user manual. I have the D800, and the owner’s manual only specifies a cab emulation on the headphone out.

Since there is only active filtering on the DI, Is there any other way of getting a “cab-sim like effect” if you are running this into another preamp (e.g Noble in my case) and straight to FOH? Would the high shelf on the X7 do this?
